Introduction
This site is located on the corner of Acadian and Government Street. It’s owned by Cangelosi Development. It used to be a space of Rosenfield’s Department Store. It is in a big shopping center, but it is separated from the rest of the shopping center by parking lots. Next to it, on the Acadian side, is CVS Pharmacy, and across the street, on the Government Street side, is Piccadilly Buffet, with small retail businesses nearby. The building is on a busy traffic street and business area. It’s close to Downtown, it’s a little bit far from the interstate, but it’s busy. The building is not directly on Government Street, it’s a little bit far from the street, which gives it a big parking lot.
